6.I cancelled the order or refund money, why I still do not receive the refund ?

After the order cancelled or refund, it takes about 3-7 working days for Aliexpress to process the refund

7. Return and refund

1) Please check the package and the items carefully after receiving.

2) We support 15 days no reason to return, so you have 7 days to contact us(chat online or Email) and 15 days to return from the date items received. If the item in your possession more than 7 days, it will be seen as used and we will not issue you a refund or a replacement, buyer will bear the return shipping cost

3) All of the returned items should be in the original packing and buyer should provide the return tracking number, specific reason for returning.

4) We will make a full refund once the returned item was received.
